I really loved the place it's so beautiful. The only complaint I have is that we got to the lobby at 6:40am to check out and they gave us our vehicle 45min later and we were in a rush.
Great location. Nice clean rooms. Lots of stairs so plan accordingly. The only reason I dont give them a 5 star review is they charged us for an additional guest we had join our group, and that is fine, but told us they had no roll away beds available. Location is great and they have a valet service that I recomend you use.
Quiet and very pretty with great views, in a wonderful location. The property is very big and had lots of terraces that all overlook the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable, the staff nice, and the drinks sufficient. Great place to stay to explore the town.
What a marvellous hotel, superb location right at the Zocolo of Taxco. This hotel is like a maze sprawling over the whole street block at multiple levels. Beautiful swimming pool, large terraces and nicely appointed room which are charming and clean. Top of that this hotel has an outstanding restaurant serving top notch food. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel while in Taxco.
The location was great it was in the center of Taxco and had great restaurants nearby and the staff was super friendly it’s a 53 year old hotel but it’s got great technology and it’s very up to date
Beautiful hotel in the centre of Taxco. Close to many restaurants and points of interest. I recommend shoes with good support for walking on cobble streets.
Nice hotel with an excellent location. Its much bigger than it looks from the outside. It is almost like a maze getting to the different areas. The pool is very nice with its own bar. There are plenty of terraces to take in the extraordinary view of the entire city.
This place had the best location ever, right on the main plaza. The building was old and interesting, with lots of stairs and unusual nooks and angles, it all added to the charm. Our room was fairly small but had the most incredible view overlooking so many tiers of houses I felt I was in Italy. We loved staying here, easy access to everything and it was well run. Taxco was a dream and I wish we'd stayed longer.
